Where does the Tibet issue go from here? Prior to the Games, there were hopes that Beijing would be prepared to make some compromises in negotiations with the Tibetan envoys. But the talks made no significant progress and now, hopes of any breakthrough have all but evaporated. With frustration building, is another uprising on the cards?
